Warranty Assistance
If a product fails or is defective, Grill-Billy.com will assist you in contacting the manufacturer to facilitate the warranty process. Please note that we do not accept direct returns for any products, and items must go through the manufacturer’s warranty procedures.

Non-Returnable Items

    • Health and personal care items
    • Any item marked as a final sale

Exchanges
