Grill-Billy is a local BBQ operation built around preorders, pop-ups, and special events. The menu changes with the cook, but the goal stays the same: make food we are proud to serve and make ordering it easy.
We keep events focused, cook in manageable batches, and sell only what we can execute well. When an event is open, build your order online, choose pickup, and we will handle the rest.
